William Marble

William Marble is Director of Data Science at the Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies and an Elections Analyst at the NBC News Decision Desk. His research focuses on elections, public opinion, and local politics, primarily the United States. He is particularly interested in how economic and social context influence politics. Will received his Ph.D. in political science from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from Penn in political science and economics, where he was a part of the first class of PORES fellows. Before returning to Penn, he was a postdoc at Princeton's Center for the Study of Democratic Politics.
