Assistant Professor, United States Naval Academy
Brielle Harbin is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the United States Naval Academy, where she teaches courses on American government, U.S. media, and race and politics. Prior to starting at the Naval Academy, Brielle was a Vice Provost Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research examines political elites’ use of narrative devices in political communication as well as the relevance of individuals’ personal experiences on political beliefs and behavior. Brielle obtained her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in 2016.
